American Express Platinum Card Updates: 10% Fee Increase, Enhanced Rewards, and More Starting October 8!

American Express (AMEX) decided to increase the annual fee for the Platinum Card from ₹60,000 to ₹66,000 starting October 8, 2024.

The new benefits of this card includes complimentary elite hotel memberships, vouchers up to ₹35,000 worth for Taj Hotels, and exciting cashback of up to ₹8,000 on Apple products.

Owners of this card will also enjoy complimentary access to over 40 OTT platforms. However, it is important to note that complimentary guest access to Centurion Lounges in Delhi and Mumbai will be discontinued.
